The Renton girls basketball team cruised to a 71-49 win against Hazen Tuesday.

The Indians (5-3 overall, 3-2 Seamount) now sit in third place in the league. Hazen (3-7, 2-4) slips to sixth.

Renton led by five points at the half, 11 after three quarters and 22 at the end. Kelsey Sparks scored 23 to lead Renton. Addyson Stowers added 15. Amanda Rogers and Taylor Williams each scored 9.

Airashay Rogers scored 23 to lead Hazen. Gabrielle Redwine scored nine.

Renton has won three games in row and four of the past five. Hazen has lost four straight (three non-league).
