Rain returns just in time for the weekend

After a week of sunshine and warm temperatures it looks like the rain is back just in time for the weekend.

According to the National Weather service, today’s forecast brings us clouds and a 30 percent chance of rain with highs in the mid-60s. Overnight, the temperature will drop into the high 40s with a 30 percent chance of showers and southwest win of 11 to 13 mph.

It doesn’t get any better sunday with a 30 percent chance of rain after 11 a.m. and mostly cloudy skies with a high near 60. Rain is expected Sunday night with a low around 46. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent.

The commute Monday morning should bring us more gray skies and a 50 percent chance of showers through the day and a high in the mid-50s.

But after staying “mostly cloudy” Monday night, things begin to improve with partly to mostly sunny skies through the week with highs in the low 60s.
