There’s a very good reason why Ed Prince’s candidacy for City Council has attracted so much support throughout the community: he has earned the trust and respect of Renton’s citizens by demonstrating an extraordinary commitment to public service and volunteerism. From his current roles as chair of the Planning Commission and president of The Next Curve, to his past duties as a community budget adviser and chair of the Citizens for Renton Schools campaign, Ed has a proven track record of community involvement, consensus-building, and organizational leadership.

Having served with Ed on both the Planning Commission and the board of The Next Curve, I know firsthand that he’s a truly non-partisan statesman who always considers opposing viewpoints and ultimately makes fair and informed decisions. He’s certainly not afraid to disagree with others – even friends – yet he does so without grandstanding or appealing to the politics of division. It’s no surprise Ed’s been endorsed by Renton’s police officers, firefighters, mayor, state representatives, and six council members.

His full list of endorsements can be found at www.edprince.com.

Ed is ideally suited to serve on the City Council and is ready to tackle the challenges and opportunities our city faces. Please join me in voting Ed Prince for City Council, Position 5.
