A special presentation of police department promotions heads the agenda at Monday’s regular meeting of the city council. 7 p.m. Monday in the council chambers at City Hall.

Also on agenda is the approval of a memo of understanding for the police department accept grant funds for part of the Target Zero teams participation and a resolution on the Tiffany Cascade Connector parcel of the King Conservation Futures Grant.

The regular council meeting will be a meeting of the council’s Committee of the Whole. The committee will receive a briefing on regional issues and on emerging issues in fire and emergency services.

The Committee of the Whole meets at 6 p.m. in the Seventh Floor Conferencing Center.
