A man lit up a pipe of marijuana with a few officers on foot patrol behind A Terrible Beauty Irish Pub at 201 Williams Ave. S.

The man, sitting in his Toyota 4Runner, cussed and lowered the pipe, as police approached the vehicle within seconds.

The man was arrested without incident, Sept. 9.
