It’s another hit or miss weekend for the Renton area, weather-wise.

Saturday’s forecast from the National weather Service calls for a 50 percent chance of showers before noon, turning to cloudy skies before the sun eventually peeks through in the late afternoon. Highs will be near 60.

Areas of fog will begin to develop overnight with partly cloudy skies and lows near 42.

The fog continues into Sunday morning, but should burn off before noon to reveal mostly sunny skies with a high near 60. The fog returns Sunday night, but otherwise mostly clear with lows near 41.

Patchy fog on Monday morning, Columbus Day, but burning off around noon to mostly sunny skies with a high in the low 60s.

The rest of the week looks mostly clear with highs in the mid-60s and overnight lows in the mid-40s.
