The city council will be receiving a presentation and update on the Highlands library project during Monday’s committee of the Whole meeting.

A schematic design and related agreements are expected to be presented and discussed.

The committe of the whole meets at 5:30 p.m., Monday in the council chambers at city hall.

Following the committee of the whole meeting, the council will host its regular meeting at 7 p.m.

On the agenda is a resolution on the letter of understanding with King County regarding RapidRide F-Line traffic signal, channelization and transit signal prioritization improvements.
