11th District legislators host open house Saturday in Renton

Legislators form the 11th District will be hosting an open house in Renton on Saturday to discuss the upcoming state budget.

Senator Bob Hasegawa and Representatives Zach Hudgens and Steve Bergquist will be on hand to “play a simple budget simulation game,” according to a press release from Hudgens.

“We are trying something different this year by giving you and your neighbors a chance to try your hand at finding solutions for the state budget,” the release reads.

The event is scheduled for 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 14, at the King County Regional Communications and Emergency Coordination Center (RCECC), 3511 N.E. Second St., Renton.
