Normajean Jacobs Inc. has opened Better Properties Real Estate in downtown Renton.

Better Properties is a growing system of more than 30 independent real estate offices loosely tied together under a common brand name.

The office, which opened Jan. 1, is at 903 S. Third St. The phone number is 427-227-6000.

Normajean Jacobs is the designated broker; there are six full-time agents and two licensed assistants.

Jacobs, who previously worked for John L Scott, has nine year’s experience.

Dirk Jansen, Dmitriy Zakharin, Paula Haywood, Mariana Roussanova and Rose Santos-Zagar are also on the staff.
