“People do not feel safe in our neighborhood,” said Meredith Farmer, President of the North Renton Neighborhood Association.
The Renton City Council authorized the acceptance of $29,013 in grant funds for the Renton Police Department.
Construction is expected to begin in early spring 2025 and be completed by June 2025.
The section of road will close on Jan. 21 and is expected to open again on May 22.
