Renton road closures the week of Aug. 4

Here are the road closures for the city of Renton during the week of Aug. 4.

• Rainier Avenue N. will have intermittent lane closure between S. Third Street and Airport Way for construction work from Aug. 4 to Aug. 8, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• NE 12th Street will have intermittent lane closures from Union Avenue NE to Pierce Place NE for utility installation from Aug. 4 to Aug. 8, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Second Street will have intermittent lane closures west of Shattuck Avenue S for concrete repairs from Aug. 5 to Aug. 7, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Flaggers will be used for traffic control.

• N. 10th Street will have intermittent lane closures from Duvall Avenue NE to Bremerton Court NE for asphalt repairs on Aug. 5, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Flaggers will be used for traffic control.

• S. 21st Street will have intermittent lane closures for asphalt repairs on Aug. 4, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Flaggers will be used for traffic control.

• SE 184th Avenue SE will have intermittent lane closures from 116th Avenue SE to 120th Avenue SE for asphalt repairs on Aug. 6 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Flaggers will be used for traffic control.

• Union Avenue NE will have intermittent southbound lane closure from NE Sunset Boulevard to NE 11th Street for construction work from Aug. 4 to Aug. 8, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

I-405 Closures

• Up to three lanes of northbound I-405 from the northbound I-5 off-ramp (milepost 2) to the SR 169 off-ramp (milepost 4.5) will be closed nightly, Aug. 4 to Aug. 8, 11:59 p.m. to 4 a.m.

• Up to two lanes of northbound I-405 from milepost 6 to milepost 9 will be closed nightly, Aug. 4 to Aug. 8, 9:15 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

• Up to two lanes of southbound I-405 from SR 900 (milepost 5) to Sunset Boulevard N. (milepost 3) will be closed nightly, Aug. 4 to Aug. 8, 10:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

• All lanes of southbound I-405 between the North Southport Drive off-ramp and the Sunset

Boulevard N. / SR 169 on-ramp will be fully closed from 11:30 p.m. Aug. 4 to 4 a.m. Aug. 8. Signed detours will be in place.

• The northbound I-405 on-ramp from northbound SR 167 will be closed nightly, Aug. 4 to Aug. 8, 10:30 p.m. to 4:15 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.

• The northbound I-405 on-ramp from Talbot Road S. will be closed nightly, Aug. 4 to Aug. 8, 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.

• The southbound I-405 off-ramp to SR 515 / Talbot Road S. will be closed nightly, Aug. 4 to Aug. 8, 10:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.
