A public mural set to be featured on the south wall of the new Vigor Life Building is looking for an artist.

According to a media release, the mural should inspire “strength, positivity and dedication to healthyliving.”

If interested, there will be two rounds of competition submittals prior to the selection of the mural artist.

The first round will focus on past works along with a letter of interest. Those submitted will be reviewedand three to five finalists will be chosen.

Those finalists then need to submit a concept sketch of what the mural would look like. The finaldecision will be left up to the public.

The public will have from June 1 through June 8 to vote online.

The winner will be announced during the building’s grand opening celebration on June 10.
