Elmer A. Pollack

Elmer A. Pollack, 94, of Renton, passed away at the Evergreen Hospice Hospital on June 26, 2010, three days before his 95th birthday. Elmer was employed by the Pacific Car and Foundry and retired after more than forty years. Elmer saw many changes in the Renton area during his lifetime. He loved to hunt, fish and garden. Welding was his favorite past time after retiring. He built several utility tractors. He is survived by his wife Lorna of 56 years, daughters, Jo Ellen (Brian) Vallee, Mary (David) Taylor, son, Richard Pollack, grandsons, Matthew, Brett and Ross Taylor and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services were conducted by Pastor Alan Kehus at Greenwood Memorial Park on July 9, 2010.
