Liberty golf tops Sammamish

The Liberty girls golf team improved to 5-2 on Thursday with a 234-249 win over Sammamish at Bellevue Municipal Golf Course.

Leading the way for the Patriots was Sami Galluzzo, match medalist with a 41. Captain Taylor Woo and Christine Chappelle tied for third with a 47 and Maddie Smith finished fifth with a 49.

Liberty is scheduled to take on Mercer Island on Monday at the Maplewood Golf Course.
