The Seattle International Film Festival kicked off its seven-day run in Renton Thursday night at the nearly sold-out IKEA Performing Arts Center that seats 540 people.
The crowd watched “Touchy Feely,” then heard director Lynn Shelton of Seattle give insights into the film during a question-and-answer session.
Next up was the party at the Renton Pavilion Event Center with food and drink provided by Renton restaurants and businesses.
SIFF runs through Wednesday in Renton. Tickets are available online.
