Hazen Jake Kolterman added another spectacular start to his resume Thursday, pitching a perfect, five-inning game against Foster. The Highlanders won 16-0.

The sophomore struck out 12 batters and didn’t allow a Foster batter to reach base. At the plate, Kolterman went 2-2 with a double, a home run and two walks.

Hazen (10-5 overall, 8-3 Seamount) is now tied with Kennedy Catholic for second place in the Seamount. Both teams are three games behind Lindbergh.

Kolterman had a one-hit shutout against Kennedy earlier this season. His brother, senior Zac Kolterman had a no-hitter against Renton earlier this season.

Against Foster, Zac had two doubles and two RBI at the plate. Kyle Nelson hit a home run and had two RBI. Cody Moorhead had a double and two RBI.
