Hazen struggles against Capital | 3A state football

The wind and rain were tough, but Hazen found an even tough opponent in the Capital Cougars Saturday night. The Highlanders lost 47-0 in the 3A state tournament, ending their season.

Hazen (7-3) couldn’t get their offense moving and trailed 27-0 at the half. Capital tacked on 13 points in the third quarter and seven in the fourth.
