Liberty takes out Ballard | Track & field

The Liberty track and field teams dominated Ballard March 31.

The boys won 114-30 and the girls 110-40.

Junior Josh Gordon won the 100, 200, high jump and long jump. Other winners on the boys side were Chris Volk (400), Hiron Redmon (800), Dylan Clark (110 hurdles, 300 hurdles), Kevin Ahrens (shot put), Alex Weatbrook (discus), Craig Werre (javelin), Chase Kenney (pole vault) and Devin Bennett (triple jump).

Ida Bakke led the girls with wins in the 100 and 300 hurdles, long jump and triple jump.

Other winners for the girls were Madison Birdsall (200), Megan Chucka (800), Amy Broska (1,600), Megan Larson (3,200), Morgan Safley (shot put), Sofie Safley (discus), Jessica Pickering (high jump) and Danielle Richards (pole vault).
