Lindbergh can’t stay with Meadowdale, loses 48-7 | Football

A week after winning 46-0, Lindbergh lost a non-league game to Meadowdale 48-7 Thursday night.

The Eagles (1-1) stayed close at the half, when they trailed 13-0. But Meadowdale scored on a punt return and twice on interception returns in the second half to widen its lead.

Bakari Davis returned a kickoff 75 yards in the third quarter for Lindbergh’s only touchdown.
