The Seattle Seahawks are offering more season tickets to the public for the 2010 season after expanding their season ticket base to 62,000.

“With 60 consecutive sellouts and the beginning of a new era, we believed this was an opportune time to reward those fans who have patiently waited for a chance to purchase season tickets,” said Chief Operating Officer John Rizzardini in a release.

This is the first time since 2006 the Seahawks haven’t had a wait for season tickets. The season ticket base is increasing by 1,000 last season and 1,800 tickets are still available.

Purchase tickets at Seahawks.com or by calling 888-NFL-HAWK. Single-game tickets go on sale August 2.
