Seattle trades Rob Sims to Detroit Lions | Seahawks

ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting the Seattle Seahawks have traded guard Rob Sims to the Detroit Lions.
According to Schefter, the Seahawks will receive a fifth-round pick (133rd overall) in the NFL Draft.
Update:The Seahawks also traded a seventh-round pick and the Lions included defensive end Robert Henderson in the deal.
