City of Renton responds to Fairwood incorporation study

The City of Renton has submitted its response to the Henderson, Young and Co. Fairwood incorporation study to the Washington State Boundary Review Board for King County.
The response raises a number of issues, including the assumption about housing starts in Fairwood and the cost of providing emergency services.
