Shawn Patrick Patterson, 49, passed away on April 30, 2018 surrounded by family.

His last weeks were filled with the love and devotion of his family and friends. Shawn was born on September 7, 1968 in Renton, WA to Robert and Lylas Patterson (Killmer). He moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1991 and had two sons, Jared and Joshua Patterson. He worked at American Express for 20 years as a business travel agent. Everyone he met instantly liked him. His favorite things to do were spend time with family and friends and play baseball with his sons. He really enjoyed volunteering with the boys baseball teams and mentoring other players. Shawn will be missed by all.

Shawn is survived by sons Jared and Joshua, mother Lylas, sister Stacey (Richard).

Shawn is preceded in death by his father, Robert (Pat) Patterson.
