Seven local gymnasts competed at the state gymnastics meet at the Tacoma Dome Feb. 17-18.

Liberty’s Shawna Sarrett finished 49th overall in the all-around competition, with a score of 30.55.

Lindbergh’s Jenna Louie tied for 54th in the bars, at 6.7. Liberty’s Tia Riley tied for 51st in the event, at 6.825. Sarrett tied for 63rd at 6.5. Liberty’s Aimee Christensen tied for 87th at 5.725.

Sarrett took 66th in the beam with a score of 7.6.

In the vault, Riley finished tied for 27th with 8.425 points. Also from Liberty, Emily Pestl-Dimmitt tied for 82nd (7.85), Juliana Rintala took 86th (7.8) and Sarrett finished 91st (7.725).

Louie tied for 50th with a score of 8.15. Lindbergh’s Makia Williams tied for 86th with a score of 7.8.
