Three of Lindbergh’s female wrestlers competed during the school’s senior night, taking two wins and a loss.

The three athletes were senior Riley Omonaka, in the 115 pound weight class; junior Keilani Jollimore, in the 170 weight class; and freshman Ell Vergava, in the 105 pound weight class.

The three wrestled against other female wrestlers from Renton High School. Omonaka won her match by pinning her opponent in the second round. Jollimore also won her match by pinning her opponent in the first round. Vergava “wrestled a great match,” according to Vicki Maddy, but lost after being pinned in the third round with less than 10 seconds remaining on the clock.
