Liberty beats Bellevue, moves to within one game of state | Baseball

The Liberty baseball team topped Bellevue 8-4 Saturday in the KingCo 3A tournament. The Patriots (7-14) now face West Seattle (10-9) Tuesday in a winner-to-state game. If Liberty wins the game, it will play Timberline May 19 at Bannerwood Park at 10 a.m. in the first round of the 3A state tournament.
