The 86th Annual Seattle Women’s Golf Association City Championship is under way at the Fairwood Golf and Country Club.

The tournament kicked off Monday with qualifying stroke play. Players with a qualifying score of 81 or less will be in the Championship Flight competing in matches through Thursday to be named the SWGA City Champion.

The SWGA City Championship hosts 88 women golfers from the greater Seattle area. The SWGA membership is made up of 13 private clubs located in King County and the event attracts many of the top competitive golfers from the area.
