Ruth Perez is a ‘doer with strong bias for action’ | LETTER

I am endorsing Ruth Perez for Renton City Council Position No. 6. I have worked closely with Ruth over the last three years on matters in our community that concern me. Here is what I expect from our council members.

• Always returns emails and phone calls

• Listens attentively and takes action to address our concerns

• Shows up for important meetings in our community and region— For example, neighborhood association meetings, Senior Citizen Advisory Board meetings, transportation meetings, etc. Showing up allows them to understand our needs

• Does homework, comes prepared, and asks hard questions

• Is a DOER with a strong bias for action to improve our city

Ruth Perez has demonstrated her commitment to Renton by exceeding my expectations in ALL of the above areas. Please join me in voting to re-elect Ruth Perez for Council Position 6.
