SHEILA GAIL VANORNAM (GROOM)

Born September 20th, 1938 in Oakesdale, Washington, passed peacefully on May 24th, 2019 after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s and a stroke. Sheila lived in Renton for 60 years. She leaves behind Richard, her husband of 62 years, daughters April and Shannon, six grandchildren; Tara, Tiffany, Travis, Anna, Brianna & Thomas, and 5 great-grandchildren; Chris, Trinity, Isaiah, Lily, & Gracie.

Sheila’s life will be celebrated on June 15th at 11:00 at New Hope Presbyterian Church, 19800 108th Ave SE, Kent, WA 98031. She will be laid to rest at Tahoma National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers please bless the church with your gift. It’s through their kindness and generosity that we’re able to honor Sheila.
