Scott Gaetzke

Scott Gaetzke passed away at his home in Renton, WA. He was born November 18, 1960 and died May 21,2009. In Scott’s short lifetime, he had many jobs and interests. His last job was working at the Boeing Company in Everett, which he did for fourteen years. Scott loved the arts, especially painting and making stained glass gifts for family and friends. He also enjoyed going to the theatre and seeing plays. Scott was involved in many political activities for the Democratic Party as well as lobbying for acts providing insurance for the elderly, volunteer at the VA hospital and the Life Long AIDS Alliance.Scott was preceded in death by his father, Gary Gaetzke. He is survived by his mother, Okie Gaetzke, Phoenix, AZ; brother, Rick, Phoenix AZ; sister, Vanessa Chodykin and brother-in-law Stan, three nephews Joe, Michael, and Ryan Chodykin all of Renton WA; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.In lieu of flowers family request Memorial donation to Dept. of VA Hospital (S135) VA.
