Linda June Leathley

Linda June Leathley (age 70) entered into rest on July 22, 2009 in Blaine, WA. Linda was born in Seattle, WA on February 22, 1939 to William Blyth and Lillian Isabell (Singleton) Smith. She attended and graduated Renton High School in Renton, WA in 1957.On April 24, 1965, Linda married Gerald Leathley in Renton, WA. Linda enjoyed gardening and was an active member of the RHS Class of 57 Reunion Committee. She will be missed deeply and most remembered for being loving, caring, warm and affectionate.She is survived by her son, James Leathley of Maple Valley, WA; daughter, Betsy Sandell of Blaine, WA; brother, Edward Smith of Covington, WA; sisters, Betty Rozniarek of South Bend, Indiana and Jeanne Murphy of Auburn, WA; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry in 1999 and son Len Leathley.Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at Faull Stokes Mortuary 300 S. 3rd St. Renton, WA 98055 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Tahoma National Cemetery 18600 SE 240th St. Kent, WA 98042. Memorial Contributions may be given in Linda’s name to Whatcom Hospice, 800 E.
