Julie Kawasaki

Julie Michiko Kawasaki passed away on Sunday, July 26th at U.W. Medical Center due to complications with metastatic breast cancer. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on September 17, 1964. She is survived by her husband Cy and two sons Cobi and Cameron; parents Seizo and Betty Furuya; brother Darryl and sister-in-law Vandee Furuya; sister Karen Furuya; brother Michael and sister-in-law Erin Furuya; 7 nephews and 5 nieces. Julie was full of life, the kindest person, and deeply touched all who knew her. She resided in Renton, Washington. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 6th at 11:00 A.M. at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, 1700 Edmonds Ave. NE, Renton, WA 98056. Benevolent accounts have been set up at Boeing Employees Credit Union for her sons Cobi and Cameron Kawasaki.
