James David Palmer

Committal services for James Palmer, 74, of Renton were held on May 29, 2009 at the Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent. Jim was born in Enid, OK on August 18, 1934 and died May 24, 2009 in Seattle. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps from October 1953 to October 1956.Jim is survived by his wife of 54 years, Shirley, daughter Kimberly (Greg) Drake, sons Kendall and Kelly of Renton, daughter-in-law Melody Palmer, sister Inez Charleston of AZ. Also, grandchildren Harmony (Tim) Kariel, Kody (Chandra) Palmer, Rebecca Palmer, Jamie Palmer, Leah Drake, Lacey Drake, Sierra Gage and great-grandchildren Jaden and Rylan Palmer.
