Dale Frank
Dale died July 4, 2013 at the age of 74 of Parkinson’s disease. He was born and raised on a farm in Cresco Iowa.
He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a master’s in biology. He continued his education with a year at the University of Texas and a summer at the University of Washington. After moving to the Seattle area in 1969 he taught biology at Evergreen High School in Burien.
He will be remembered for his many talents in woodworking, mechanics, cooking, and conversation. Dale had an intense curiosity about everything, earning him the well-deserved nickname the answer man.
Dale is survived by his wife Joan, two daughters Kathy and Sheri, a brother and a sister.
We shall always remember him and his talents, wisdom and interest in life.
