Thursday, talk with artists, learn about culture in Renton at Fall Arts Equinox

The Fall Arts Equinox today (Thursday) at Renton Technical College is a chance to meet professional and amateur artists in Renton and see what's happening in the world of arts and culture in Renton.

The Fall Arts Equinox today (Thursday) at Renton Technical College is a chance to meet  professional and amateur artists in Renton and see what’s happening in the world of arts and culture in Renton.

And it will include a PechaKucha presentation, which means (after a search on the internet) 20 images shown in 20 second, all designed to keep things moving in a meeting.

It’s derived from the Japanese term for the sound of chit chat.

Fall Arts Equinox is 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at the college’s Technical Resources Center, 3000 N.E. Fourth St., in the Highlands. There will be food and musicians, including Lisa Mitts, a singer and songwriter.
