I wanted to give a big thank you to all the volunteers who helped make our Fifth annual Olde Fashion Halloween Party a success this year! Despite the weather, we had more than 450 visitors braving the rain and cold to celebrate this event.

I would like to give a big shout out to the Lindbergh Key Club for volunteering and manning our games, popcorn machine and face-painting station and donating more than 50 hours of service. I also would like to thank the Renton Eagles, First Savings Bank volunteers, St. Charles Place, Antique Country Station, Mary at happydelusions, Paul at Uptown Glass, Renton Fire Department, Charles Divelbiss, Sue, Jennifer Davis Hayes and last but not least Rich Sweeny for all his hard work. This is a wonderful free community event that would not be possible without our many volunteers. It is this kind of event that makes me so proud to live and work in such a great community!
