Talbot Hill Elementary is hosting its annual fundraiser, “Western Round Up,” for its MicroSociety program March 27.

The dinner and auction will have dancing and a DJ. Tickets are $40, and the event is open to the public.

The MicroSociety program is designed to mirror larger society. Students organize and manage businesses, run for legislative offices, oversee their own personal bank accounts and pay taxes.

Talbot is the only school in Washington with the program.

Raised money will also go toward school field trips.
