Renton Technical College has hired James Newman to lead its corporate outreach efforts.

Newman will create and market corporate and customized training to meet businesses’ growing demands for employee education, according to the college.

“James brings a tremendous background in creating programs to meet business and industry needs,” said college President Seve Hanson.

Newman previously led international student recruitment efforts at Tacoma Community College.
