Renton road closures during the week of Aug. 25

Here are the road closures for the city of Renton during the week of Aug. 25.

• Rainier Avenue N. will have intermittent lane closure between S. Third Street and Airport Way for construction work from Aug. 25 to Aug. 29, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• NE 12th Street will have intermittent lane closures from Union Avenue NE to Pierce Place NE for utility installation from Aug. 25 to Aug. 29, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• East Valley Road will have intermittent lane closures between SW 41st Street and Taylor Avenue SW for crack sealing maintenance from Aug. 25 to Aug. 27, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• NE Sunset Boulevard will have intermittent lane closures at NE 12th Street for potholing from Aug. 25 to Aug. 29, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Monster Road SW will have intermittent lane closures at 501 Monster Road SW for asphalt repairs on Aug.28, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Nile Avenue NE will have intermittent lane closures at NE 4th Place for potholing from Aug. 25 to Aug. 29, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Park Avenue N will have intermittent lane closures at N 31st Street for utility installation from Aug. 25 to Aug. 29, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Union Avenue NE will have intermittent southbound lane closures south of 12th Street for construction work from Aug. 25 to Aug. 29, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• 116th Avenue SE will have intermittent lane closures from SE 160th Street to SE 165th Street for utility installation from Aug. 25 to Aug. 29, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• S 21st Street will have intermittent lane closures at Smithers Avenue for street paving from Aug. 25 to Aug. 29, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

I-405 Closures

• Up to three lanes of northbound I-405 from the northbound I-5 off-ramp (milepost 2) to the SR 169 offramp (milepost 4.5) will be closed nightly, Aug. 25 to Aug. 29,, 11:59 p.m. to 4 a.m.

• Up to two lanes of southbound I-405 from SR 900 (milepost 4) to Sunset Boulevard NE. (milepost 3) will be closed nightly, Aug. 25 to Aug. 29, 10:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

• The northbound I-405 on-ramp from SR 167 will be closed nightly, Aug. 25 to Aug. 29, 10:30 p.m. to 4:15 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.

• The northbound I-405 on-ramp from Talbot Road S. will be closed nightly, Aug. 25 to Aug. 29, 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.

• The southbound I-405 off-ramp to SR 515 / Talbot Road S. will be closed nightly, Aug. 25 to Aug. 29, 10:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. A signed detour will be in place.
