The Renton Police Department traffic unit is asking for the public’s help in locating a white truck involved in a hit and run.

The hit and run happened near the 7-Eleven at Sunset Boulevard North. Police posted on its Facebook page asking if anyone was familiar with the owner.

The post stated police believe the truck is local, and that someone may know where the vehicle is housed and who is associated with it. The vehicle is a white Ford truck with chipping paint and damage.
