The Renton Community Foundation has announced that its First Financial Northwest Foundation Fund will once again accept a round of grant applications this fall.
“They have made $150,000 available for grants to qualifying nonprofits in the area,” Lynn Bohart, RCF executive director, said in a press release.
All applicants must be a 501 C3 nonprofit organization and serve residents in one of three counties: King, Snohomish, or Pierce.
In the past, the fund has approved grants to support programming for seniors, veterans, at-risk youth, the arts, the homeless, the disabled, and our immigrant populations.
“The board is looking for programs that get results,” says Bohart.
Interested parties can access the application and guidelines by going to Renton Community Foundation’s website at www.rentonfoundation.org. Applications are available now.
The deadline for completed applications is 5 p.m. on Oct. 24th. For more information, call RCF at 425-282-5199.
