Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission is holding a public comment hearing on Puget Sound Energy’s integrated electric and natural gas resource plans (IRPs) Feb. 21 at Renton Community Center, 1715 SE Maple Valley Hwy.
PSE customers are invited to comment to state regulators on the company’s proposed IRPs.
It was first proposed in November 2017 and outlines energy supply and demand expectations for the next 20 years. Regulated energy utilities file these 20-year plans with the commission every two years, according to a press release.

PSE representative will also be present at the hering and will conduct a presentation from 10 a.m. to noon. Public comment period is from 1:30 to 4 p.m. and 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Written comments must be filed with the commission no later than 5 p.m., Feb. 22.
