A Renton woman just served with an eviction notice called her landlord a name, threw the papers on the ground and pushed her, then drove on a bike.

The notice was served Sept. 4 by a construction worker at the apartment complex on Williams Avenue North.

She denied receiving an envelope with eviction documents inside, but did put the envelope on the landlord’s windshield. She only put out her hand to stop the landlord from taking a photo.

She was cited for fourth-degree assault and booked into the SCORE regional jail.
