Man steals jewelry worth $20,000 from Renton pawn shop

The suspect entered the store, smashed the ring display case with a hammer and took the jewelry May 17.

A man robbed Cash America Pawn shop in Renton and stole $20,000 worth of jewelry May 17.

The suspect entered the store, smashed the ring display case with a hammer and took the jewelry.

He is described to be a black man in his 20s and approximately 5 feet and 10 inches tall with thin build. He was wearing a black/gray jacket, pink medical gloves and an orange bandana over his mouth at the time of the robbery.

He was seen entering the passenger seat of a gray Dodge Charger with a California license plate.
