The SIFF-Renton Preview FilmWalk, a chance to preview a selection of films the Seattle International Film Festival is screening in Renton May 18-24, is Tuesday, May 8, in downtown Renton.

The free FilmWalk is 7 p.m.-9 p.m., starting at the Whistle Stop Ale House, 809 S. Fourth St., in downtown Renton. It progresses to the Renton History Museum, 235 Mill Ave. S., and then The Berliner Pub, 221 Main Ave. S.

Those on the walk will see film clips and have a discussion about the films.There will be prizes and a chance to buy tickets. Those who make it to all three checkpoints during the walk will be registered to win a ticket to SIFF-Renton Opening Night Screening and Gala on Friday, May 18, at the Renton Pavilion Event Center.

Tickets to all venues of the Seattle-based festival are now on sale online at siff.net.
