Film-goers asked to bring monetary, food donations to SIFF-Renton screening of Finding North

Helping to alleviate that hunger and meet other social needs is the Salvation Army Renton Rotary Food Bank. Film-goers to "Finding North" are asked to bring monetary and nonperishable food donations to benefit the food bank.

“Finding North,” a SIFF-Renton film playing on at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 20, is an eye-opening documentary about the seriousness of hunger in the United States and how the nation tackles this challenge.

There are many in Renton and the Renton area who every day struggle to put food on their tables.
