The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will hold an open house in Renton Thursday (Jan. 27) to discuss the pending changes to the FEMA flood maps.
The open house will include displays of flood insurance maps, regulations, engineering requirements, risk assessment, property identification and digital mapping.
FEMA staff will give a brief presentation. Representatives of FEMA, King County and local government agencies will provide information and answer questions.
The open house is 6 to 8 p.m., at Renton City Hall, seventh floor, council chambers and Conferencing Center.
