Catch Wil Kerner’s cut-out artwork at Carco Theatre through Friday

The Renton Municipal Arts Commission is presenting international savant-artist Wil C. Kerner, “The Cutout Kid!”

The exhibit will be on display through Friday, June 18, at Carco Theatre.

Born in 1995, Kerner was diagnosed with autism at age 2. Yet he still has the determination to create lively art.

With swift scissor snips and colored papers, Kerner creates vivid images that have emotion and depth. Each piece shares a story and a bit of his world.

Carco Theatre, 1717 Maple Valley Highway, is adjacent to the Renton Community Center. It’s open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
