The man who was reportedly last seen driving to a Fred Meyer in Covington was found in Tacoma.

80-year-old man with dementia reported missing | UPDATE

UPDATE (Jan. 12, 12:20 p.m.):

King County Sheriff’s Office reported Friday that Roy Lange was located in Tacoma safely.

Local authorities are searching for a missing 80-year-old man with dementia who lives near Renton.

According to a King County Sheriff’s Office media release, Roy Lange was last seen around 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 10.

He reportedly drove to a Fred Meyer in Covington in a 2000 gold Chrysler Town and Country van and has been missing since then. The license plate number of the van is AYV3359.

Lange has gray hair, hazel blue eyes, is 6 feet tall and weights around 190 pounds.
