The Renton City Concert Band’s Summer concert is scheduled for June 16 and the the public is invited.

Sponsored by the City of Renton Community Services Department, the Renton City Concert Band has a 27-year history of performing in Renton.

It band is directed by Mike Simpson and has approximately 60 members. Music includes big band to marches and many all-American favorites.

The Renton City Concert Band’s Summer Concert is scheduled for 2 p.m. June 16 at the Renton IKEA Performing Arts Center, 400 South 2nd Street.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $7 for students/seniors and $5 for children.
